Michelle Kwolek

Michelle Kwolek is a seasoned service designer with extensive experience in user experience research and design. Currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at Alliant Credit Union since May 2020, Michelle specializes in understanding financial ecosystems through diary studies, surveys, and interviews while developing strategies for new service offerings. Prior roles include Service Designer at United Airlines, where Michelle conducted research to enhance employee user experiences, and as an independent contractor, providing insights into healthcare and consumer experiences. Other roles include positions at Catalytic, Inc., Conifer Research, DORIS Research, and IUPUI Center for Teaching and Learning. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication Design with a minor in Psychology from Indiana University Indianapolis.
