Rachana Shah

Rachana Shah is an experienced software engineering professional with a strong background in leading software development initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Software Engineering at Alliant Credit Union since April 2017, Rachana has held various roles including Manager of Software Engineering and Senior Software Engineer, where Rachana led the architecture of the Lending and Deposit Accounts Platform. Prior experience includes senior management and engineering positions at F&I Administration Solutions, LLC, and software engineering roles at Dealertrack Technologies. Rachana began a career in software development with an internship at Net Square Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Rachana holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Nirma University.
