Connie Stigen

Connie Stigen is a seasoned professional in project controls and cost management, currently serving as a Senior Project Controls Specialist at Alliant Energy since January 2024. Previously, Connie held the position of Program Project Controls Manager at IEA Renewable Energy from December 2017 to December 2023, and worked at Fluor Corporation from August 2008 to December 2017 in various cost engineering roles. Earlier experience includes serving as Controller at Chart Energy & Chemicals, Inc. for over three decades, where responsibilities included financial reporting and cost management in a manufacturing environment. Connie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business/Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Viterbo University.
