Diane Cooke

Diane Cooke is the current Vice President of Human Resources at Alliant Energy. Diane has over twenty years of experience in human resources, strategic planning, and business improvement. Prior to their current position, Diane served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at EQ Holdings Inc. from May 2018 to June 2019. In this role, Diane was responsible for leading all people strategies and day-to-day operations. Additionally, they built a high performing executive leadership team, executed a robust human capital management system, and strengthened the talent bench for succession planning and sustainability.

Diane has also served as the Vice President Human Resources at Schwan's Company from March 2011 to March 2015, as well as the Sr. Director Business Improvement from May 2003 to June 2009. In 2015, they took on the role of Vice President Human Resources at Schwan's Company Global Supply Chain, Inc. until they joined Schwan's Shared Services, LLC as the Vice President of Strategy, Compensation and HRIS in June 2009.
