Jill Breitbach

Jill Breitbach is an experienced professional in talent and organizational development, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Development at Alliant Energy since July 2003. Throughout their tenure at Alliant Energy, Jill has held various leadership roles, including Director of Employee and Organizational Development and Director of Recruitment and Development. Prior to Alliant Energy, Jill worked at McLeodUSA as an HR Project Manager and at APAC Customer Services as a Corporate Trainer and Project Manager. Jill began their career at Holiday Inn Worldwide as a Corporate Trainer. Jill holds a Bachelor's degree from Iowa State University, completed between 1987 and 1991.
