Kelly Barr

Kelly Barr is a skilled procurement operations manager with extensive experience in leading teams and optimizing processes across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Procurement Operations at Alliant Energy since June 2020, Kelly has demonstrated a strong ability to enhance team morale, implement strategic initiatives such as a Requisition Refresher Training Program, and optimize spend tracking. Prior to this role, Kelly held several positions at Pearson from 2010 to December 2019, including Manager of Automation and Supervisor Procurement, where Kelly developed cloud-based tools and managed remote teams.
