Kydreel Green has extensive experience in leadership and technical operations within the energy and maritime sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Operations at Alliant Energy since March 2021, Kydreel previously held the position of Maintenance Manager at NRG Energy and had a significant tenure with the US Coast Guard from August 2002 to September 2022, including roles such as Machinery Technician and Port State Control Officer. Kydreel's expertise encompasses mechanical systems, maintenance planning, technical research, and personnel management, overseeing budgets up to $20 million and supervising diverse teams. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science in Electromechanical Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Excelsior University.
