Mikayla Krueger

Mikayla Krueger is an experienced professional in community affairs and human resources with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as the Lead Community Affairs Specialist at Alliant Energy since June 2023, Mikayla previously held the position of Manager - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Summit Credit Union from February 2021 to June 2023. Mikayla's background includes roles as a Senior Emerging Talent Consultant at Summit Credit Union and Inclusive Excellence Consultant at American Family Insurance from May 2018 to February 2021. Additionally, Mikayla has experience as a Group Fitness Instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Human Resource Specialist Intern at the Wisconsin Department of Justice. Mikayla holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, completed in 2019.
