David Wightman

David Wightman is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in the surety industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Alliant Insurance Services since December 2021, David previously held the position of Senior Vice President and West Region Surety Practice Leader at Willis Towers Watson, where David led the surety operations for the West Region, working with a diverse clientele that included local subcontractors and Fortune 500 firms. David also contributed to the Construction Financial Management Association as National Secretary and held director-level roles at Aon Risk Services and managing director at Travelers Bond and Financial Products. David began a career at Aetna Life and Casualty, progressing through various claims-related roles. Education was obtained at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where a B.S. in Management was earned.
