Currently serving as Claims Advocate Lead in both the Construction Services Group and Alliant Americas at Alliant Insurance Services since November 2020, John has held several pivotal roles in claims advocacy and consulting across various organizations. Prior positions include Senior Claims Advocate at Arthur J. Gallagher and Co. and Claims Manager at Wilbur-Ellis Company, where responsibilities encompassed managing complex claims across multiple lines of business. With a foundational education in International Relations from the University of California, Davis, John brings extensive expertise in guiding third-party administrators, arranging defense counsel, and overseeing claims operations.
