Michael Lezynski

Michael Lezynski, CPCU, currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Regional Director for New Jersey and Pennsylvania at Alliant Insurance Services since January 2024, focusing on the growth of Alliant Americas. Previously, Michael was the President of the New Jersey operations at USI Insurance Services from April 2014 to December 2023, where revenue increased significantly from over $6 million to $40 million. Michael's career also includes senior leadership roles at Aon, Conner Strong, Hays Companies, and Acordia, with a consistent emphasis on business development and regional office management. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and graduated from Archbishop Wood High School.
