Natalie Hays

Natalie Hays has built a robust career in human resources and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Vice President, Senior Manager of HR M&A at Alliant Insurance Services since January 2017. Over the years at Alliant, Natalie has advanced through various roles, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President in HR M&A, as well as positions such as HR Project Manager and Senior HR Coordinator. Prior to this, Natalie gained experience as a Recruiting Assistant at Live Nation Entertainment from January 2016 to January 2017. Academically, Natalie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (Organizations) with a Spanish Minor from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
