Previously, Terry held positions at Progressive Insurance as a Claims Generalist, where data analysis identified potential revenue drains, and at State Farm as Operations Manager, achieving a 6% reduction in loss ratio and streamlining processes for enhanced employee retention. Terry’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Data Science and Computational Analytics from Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA from Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lincoln College.
