Lydia Ciesluk

Lydia Ciesluk is a communications professional with extensive experience in digital communications, marketing, and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Communications at Allianz Foundation since September 2025, Ciesluk previously held leadership roles at the International Rescue Committee, where contributions included enhancing digital communications to boost the organization’s profile and funding in Germany. Additional experience encompasses positions at MOXN by Poliana Baumgarten as a Producer, and the British Council as Marketing and Communications Manager.
