Erin Lester

Erin LESTER is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process architecture and operations management, currently serving as Vice President at Allianz Global Investors since March 2023. Erin's expertise includes supporting leaders in various operational areas, driving efficiency and process management projects, and employing Kaizen principles to enhance internal communications. Prior to this role, Erin contributed as a Business Manager and MBA Consultant, focusing on strategic frameworks for CSR and ESG goals at Credit Agricole Payment Services, and oversaw operations and digital transformation initiatives at Reston Wealth Management, where significant process improvements were achieved. Erin holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School and a BA in History from Patrick Henry College, along with additional executive education from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Active in volunteer work, Erin has also fostered language communities to enhance colleague networking.
