Ian Chen

Ian Chen is a seasoned Credit Analyst with extensive experience in the financial sector, currently working at Allianz Global Investors since May 2023, focusing on investment-grade, high-yield, and distressed credits across China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea. Prior to this role, Ian served as a Credit Analyst at AllianceBernstein from May 2016 to May 2023, specializing in high-yield and distressed credits in China. Ian's career began in equity research at Barclays Investment Bank and Macquarie Group, where the focus was on Greater China tech stocks. Ian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from National Taiwan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Washington.
