Thomas Linker

Thomas Linker serves as Managing Director and Head of Global Client Engagement at Allianz Global Investors since April 2008, overseeing Institutional and Wholesale/Retail Distribution in Germany and Austria. Linker has held numerous leadership roles within Allianz Global Investors, including responsibility for Tax Exempt Organizations, Institutional Business Development in the D/A/CH region, and management of Allianz Networks EMEA. Prior experience includes positions at Assogestioni, DEGI Deutsche Gesellschaft für Immobilienfonds mbH, and dfv Deutsche Fonds-und Vorsorgeberatungs GmbH, among others. Linker has an extensive background in financial services, having worked at Dresdner Bank AG in various capacities, including Executive Assistant to a Board Member and Global Markets Trader. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business Administration Zurich.
