Nabil Berdai

Nabil Berdai is an experienced professional in the insurance and finance sectors, currently serving as the Responsable développement et support at Allianz Maroc since October 2011, focusing on network support and development. Nabil Berdai has also functioned as a Sales Academy Trainer, providing initial and ongoing training for intermediaries and collaborators. As a Manager Commercial in the northern region, responsibilities included recruitment, training, technical and commercial assistance, commercial action planning, and portfolio management. Prior experience includes a role as a Commercial Advisor at Bank Assafa, emphasizing commercial animation and client portfolio management, and an earlier position as an Animator and Training Officer in microcredit, where Nabil Berdai led training actions and contributed to client portfolio development.
