Karel Lagemaat has extensive experience in the insurance and finance sectors, holding various leadership positions at Allianz Nederland since July 1999, including roles such as Bestuurslid Allianz Premie Pensioen Instelling, Bestuurslid Sector Bestuur Inkomen at Verbond van Verzekeraars, and Directeur Operations Life & Income. Prior to this, Karel Lagemaat worked at ING Nederland from 1995 to 1999 as an Accountmanager/Financieel Adviseur and completed a traineeship at ING Bank.
