Roman Silny

Roman Silny has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Roman began their career at HDI-Gerling as an Expert Worker in the Insurance, Reinsurance, and Accounting division. From there, they joined Generali Slovensko, where they focused on financial reporting and analysis according to IFRS. Roman was responsible for preparing monthly accounts, managing data collection processes, and handling auditors. After Generali Slovensko, Roman joined Allianz Business Services as a Team Leader for both closing and reporting. Roman later became the Head of the Operations Accounting Department at Allianz - Slovenska poistovna, a.s. Their role involved overseeing closing activities, local reporting, and managing the department's operations.
