Tomáš Kromka

Tomáš Kromka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management training, coaching, and project management, primarily in the fields of education and insurance. Currently serving as a Konateľ at ETOMIK s.r.o. since 2013, Tomáš focuses on developing managerial and sales skills, project management for local authorities and schools, and providing individual coaching and mentoring. Additionally, as a managerial trainer at Allianz - Slovenska poistovna, Tomáš creates training methodologies and participates in educational project groups. In a leadership role as the Chairman of Múzeum poistenia, Tomáš organizes educational events and promotes the history of insurance in Slovakia while collaborating with various institutions. Tomáš holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD.) degree in Management and continues to expand educational qualifications through ongoing studies. Past roles include agency director and regional director positions at AXA and KOOPERATIVA poisťovňa, where Tomáš demonstrated strong leadership and customer relationship management skills.
