Soundarya Ramanan

Soundarya Ramanan is a seasoned actuarial professional currently serving as a Senior Credit Risk Modeler at Allianz Trade since November 2020, specializing in group risk modeling. Prior experience includes a role as an Associate Consultant at Infosys, providing domain consulting for the global life/non-life insurance market, and internships at Brit Insurance and Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd, focusing on pricing models, insurance risk analysis, reserving, and valuation. Additional experience in logistics delivery management was gained during a summer internship at Hexaware Technologies. Soundarya holds a Master's degree in Actuarial Science and Management from Heriot-Watt University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from the National University of Singapore, and is pursuing fellowship through the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
