Xavier Dubuissez

Xavier Dubuissez is an experienced professional in operations and project management, currently serving as Tribe Lead and Program Manager at Allianz Trade since December 2021. Previously, Xavier held the position of Nordic Head of Operations at Allianz Trade i Danmark from January 2019 to December 2021, and served as Project Manager at Allianz Trade i Sverige in 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple strategic projects across the Nordic region. Prior roles include Operations & IT Audit Team Leader at Allianz Trade from 2014 to 2018, and Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Team Leader at GE Capital Real Estate. Xavier also has experience as a Business Analyst and IT Consultant with ON-X Groupe, contributing to significant projects across various sectors. Academically, Xavier earned a degree in general engineering from IMT Atlantique and a Master's degree in IT & Information System Management from Ecole des Mines de Nantes.
