James Paul Hernandez

James Paul Hernandez is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in governance, service portfolio management, and project delivery. Currently serving as the Head of Regional ITSM Governance and Head of Service Portfolio Management at Allianz, James has previously held significant roles including Senior IT Architect - Program Manager (AVP) at Nomura, IT Project Delivery Manager (AVP) at Credit Suisse, and Midrange Infrastructure Manager at Globaltechnik. Additionally, experience includes working at IBM as Assistant Manager - Lead Systems Administrator and Global Delivery Framework Project Manager. James earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Applications & Information Science from San Beda College, completing studies from 2000 to 2004.
