Roman Sauer

Roman Sauer possesses extensive experience in accounting and financial management, notably serving as Head of Group Accounting & Reporting at Allianz from October 2008 to September 2016, where responsibilities included creating transparency for stakeholders and contributing to financial and sustainability reporting standards. Previously, Roman held the position of Head of Group Accounting Policy and Head of Planning and Performance Management, overseeing business development, cost control, and management reporting. At Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, Roman also served as Head of Planning and Performance Management. Roman's academic background includes a Research Doctorate and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
