Ylenia Lubrano

Ylenia Lubrano is a seasoned professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Learning Manager for Data & AI at Allianz since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ylenia was the Global Training Lead at GP Strategies Corporation, overseeing global training initiatives for Siemens AG, and previously held the position of Senior Learning Program Manager, ensuring the alignment of training programs with business needs.
