Yulia Maletskaya

Yulia Maletskaya, CCrA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in credit analysis and risk management. Currently serving as Head of Credit Analysis at Allianz since February 2022, Yulia focuses on developing stress scenarios to enhance financial resilience and managing counterparty limits across investment and insurance portfolios. Previous roles include co-chairing the Sovereign Debt Working Group at the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials and leading the Sovereign Debt Working Group for the Net-Zero Asset Owner Alliance under UNEP FI. Yulia has held senior positions in credit risk management at Allianz SE and Commerzbank AG, and started as a Credit Risk Analyst at Dresdner Kleinwort. Yulia's educational background includes degrees from esteemed institutions such as The London School of Economics and Political Science and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
