Niv Subramanian

Niv Subramanian is an experienced financial services executive currently serving as the Chief Lending Officer at Allica Bank since July 2023. As General Manager and CFO at Previse since January 2021, Niv oversees the Revenue Based Finance business line, focusing on providing data-driven working capital solutions to SMEs. In addition, Niv operates as an Independent Consultant, advising companies on tech and digital finance innovations. Prior roles include Co-Founder and CEO at Economyz, Customer Solutions Lead at TSB, and various leadership positions at HSBC, including MD of Commercial Banking and Head of UK Lending. Niv has also held positions at OakNorth and Barclays, contributing significantly to product management and strategy development throughout a diverse career in the financial sector. Niv holds a Management degree in Finance and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from St. Xavier's College.
