JoAnna Ecke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data operations, analytics, and business consulting. Currently serving as Director of Data Operations at Allied Benefit Systems, JoAnna has successfully implemented end-to-end Cobra Administration while achieving a 25% reduction in operational costs through data migration and AI-driven automation. Prior roles include membership on the Advisory Board at Analytics Leaders Network, where JoAnna contributed to best practice guidance in analytics, and an independent business consultant position focused on small business strategy and growth. Previously, as Sr. Director of Clinical Analytics at OptumRx / United Health Care, JoAnna led projects supporting over $100M in revenue, and at HAVI Global Solutions, JoAnna held multiple leadership roles optimizing IT investments and delivering significant cost savings.
