Jon Adams

Jon Adams serves as the Director of IT Operations at Allied Benefit Systems since August 2022, where responsibilities include leading digital transformation initiatives and managing the migration to a private cloud model. Prior experience includes a role as a Solutions Architect at Expedient, focusing on cloud strategies and business alignment, as well as co-owning and directing managed IT services at Canyon Falls Business Solutions. Jon Adams has also held leadership positions in IT infrastructure management at Midcontinent Independent System Operator and was a founding team member of SegAna LLC, a medical device startup. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Ball State University.
