Saurabh Saharan

Saurabh Saharan is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and operational excellence. Currently serving as Senior Director of IT Strategy, Planning, and Operations at Intuitive since September 2025, Saurabh drives strategic alignment and governance across the IT function. Previously, Saurabh held various leadership roles at Equinix, including Director of IT Strategy and Business Operations, where responsibilities involved defining and reporting on IT strategic goals, and leading transformation initiatives in product management. Saurabh’s earlier experience includes serving as Chief of Staff for Global IT, Senior Manager for Emerging Services and RPA, and IT Program Manager, during which a significant post-merger integration project was successfully completed in Japan. Prior roles include Senior Systems Analyst at Aviat Networks and CRM Consultant at Infogain Corporation. Saurabh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Punjabi University.
