Charles Geoffrion has had a long and illustrious career in the research and development industry. Starting in 1990, they have held various positions at the University of Arizona, including Adjunct Associate Research Scientist, Associate Vice President for Research, Research Integrity Officer, and Director of Research Communications. In 1997, they moved on to become Associate Dean for Development & External Relations at the University of Arizona College of Science, and Associate Director of Development at the University of Arizona Foundation. In 2005, they became Vice President for Advancement at Marbridge Foundation, and in 2006 they became Executive Advisor to the Chairman & Chief Strategy Officer at Center for Inquiry. Most recently, in 2008, they became Vice President, Business Development & Director at Allied BioScience, Inc., where they lead the Business Development initiatives to introduce cutting-edge, scientific discovery to the global communities of medical, hospitality and transit leaders.
Charles Geoffrion attended Matignon before obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Boston University between 1962 and 1965. Charles then went on to Indiana University Bloomington, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Political Science and Government in 1971.
