Larry Whitmire

Larry Whitmire has extensive work experience in various industries, including building materials, packaging, self-employment, forest products, and manufacturing. Larry served as the VP of Building Materials at Allied Building Stores from 2009. Prior to that, they worked in multiple roles at Graphic Packaging International, Inc., including Operations Manager, Superintendent, and Product Engineer. Larry was also a Day Trader in the S&P Futures market during their self-employed period from 2002 to 2006. Before that, Larry was a Project Manager/Senior Engineer at Alliance Forest Products, involved in a large capital project. Larry began their career at Kimberly-Clark, where they held positions such as Manager of Utility Department, Production Superintendent, and Manufacturing Engineer. Larry also worked at PPG Industries as a Utility Operations Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer and Operations Supervisor, and Project Engineer.

Larry Whitmire attended Mississippi State University from 1971 to 1976, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
