Clay Metcalf

Clay Metcalf is an experienced operations and plant manager currently at Allied Cycle Works since April 2016, specializing in manufacturing management, data-driven decision making, project leadership, and financial management. Previous roles include production/process engineer and mechanical test engineer, focusing on cross-functional project management, process improvement, and developing standard operating processes. Prior experience includes serving as a service manager at Spokes Bike Shop and as a ski patrol member at Vail Resorts. Clay Metcalf is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in business analytics and operations management at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, following a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Further education includes studies at the University of Arkansas and outdoor leadership training with the National Outdoor Leadership School.
