Matt Klemish serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Arizona Labor Force Inc since April 2024, while concurrently holding the positions of Regional President at Labor Systems Job Center and Vice President of Operations at Allied Forces Temporary Services, both part of Arizona Labor Force, Inc. since November 2003. Additionally, Matt has been the Vice President of Operations for Arizona Labor Force, Inc. since the same year, overseeing strategic and financial operations. Prior to these roles, Matt gained valuable experience as Operations Manager at Qwest Communications and Area Manager at US West Communications. A former Naval Officer and Naval Aviator with commendations for combat operations, Matt holds an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a BS in Mathematics/Operations Analysis from the United States Naval Academy.
