Katie Zotos

Katie Zotos has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Katie is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Supporting Strategies, where they specialize in providing bookkeeping and operational support services. Prior to that, they held the role of Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Partner at the same company.

Before joining Supporting Strategies, Katie worked as a Senior Recruiter/Account Manager at iMPact Business Group, where they successfully managed full-cycle recruiting and account management for various industries. Katie specialized in professional-level placements within Engineering/Operation and Accounting & Finance.

Katie also has experience as an Account Manager at Cavalry Staffing, where they were responsible for on-site recruiting and account management for a large telecom client. During their tenure, they hired over 200+ employees independently.

Katie Zotos holds a Bachelor's degree in Allied Health Science with a focus on Speech-Language Pathology from Grand Valley State University. Katie has obtained additional certifications in "Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program" and "Diversity Recruiting" from LinkedIn, which were obtained in February 2021.
