Shai Goller

Shai Goller has extensive experience in the creative field, spanning over two decades. Starting with a role as a Marketing Intern at Structural Graphics in 2004, they gained valuable experience in creating stop-motion animations and designing marketing materials. Shai then worked as a Graphic Design Intern at Reuters, where they designed graphics for breaking news stories and built interactive online app experiences.

In 2007, Shai joined American Century Investments as a Cartoonist/Illustrator before moving on to The Diamondback as a Design Editor. At The Diamondback, they managed and supervised creative work for a daily newspaper with a circulation of 17,000.

In 2009, Shai worked as a Graphic Design Intern at USA WEEKEND MAGAZINE, where they designed article infographics and puzzle page layouts. Shai then became a Content Strategist at Hillel International, where they designed and updated a university website and created daily content for community feeds.

In 2011, Shai joined 87AM as an Associate Designer and later progressed to roles such as Lead Designer, Director of Creative Tech, and Creative Director. During their time at 87AM, they ideated and delivered creative executions for client campaigns, represented the creative perspective in new business efforts, and oversaw the agency's creative output.

Since 2017, Shai has been with Allied Global Marketing, where they have held roles including VP of Creative Services, SVP of Creative Solutions, and their current position as EVP of Creative Solutions. In these roles, they have led a global creative team, shaped and executed creative visions for global clients and agency campaigns, and driven agency-wide creative growth and strategy.
