Alan Savitch has extensive experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) and customer experience management industries. Alan has held senior executive positions at various companies, including Allied Global, intelenet global services, SupportSave Solutions, Inc., Teleperformance, Aegis Global, Xerox, Microsoft and Wang Laboratories, and Unisys. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong expertise in new business development, client relationship management, and sales, often closing multi-million dollar contracts and increasing existing clients' wallet share. Alan has also managed large teams and contributed to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked with.
Alan Savitch earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from C.W. Post University, where they attended from 1972 to 1976. Alan also obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Accounting and Business/Management from Long Island University. In addition to their formal education, Alan completed professional training in Xerox Professional Selling Skills. Furthermore, they pursued a Masters degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Palm Beach.
