Keval Patel

Keval Patel has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Keval is currently the Head of IT at Allied Healthcare, where they manage a team of nine IT staff and oversees all IT functions. Prior to this, Keval worked at Health Care Resourcing Group (HCRG) as the Group Head of IT Applications & BI, leading a team of 20 staff across multiple locations. Before that, they were the Head of IT at HCL Workforce Solutions, where they led a team of 12 staff and delivered strategic reviews and cost-effective technology solutions. Keval also has experience as a Service Delivery Manager at Wanstor Network Services, a Service Desk Manager at G2 Speech, and held various managerial roles at Xchanging, including Contract Manager, Technical Services Manager, Desktop Transformation Manager, and Service Centre Manager.

Keval Patel completed their BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from De Montfort University between 2001 and 2005. Keval also attended Palmers College from 1999 to 2001. In terms of additional certifications, Keval obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in Service Management in 2015 and the ITIL Intermediate Certificate in IT Service Operations as well as the PRINCE2 Foundation certificate in Project Management in 2016, all from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
