Jim O’Keeffe

Jim has worked across many aspects of Retail Banking including leadership roles in IT, Direct Channels, Mortgages and BZWBK (now Santander) in Poland. He was appointed Head of Financial Solutions Group in 2015 with responsibility for developing a strategy to support customers in financial difficulty, which resulted in a significant reduction in NPEs. He was Chief Customer and Strategic Affairs Officer from November 2018 to November 2019, when he was appointed Managing Director of Retail Banking.
