Akshata Katkar

Akshata Katkar has work experience in the field of human resources. They worked as a Human Resources Intern at Capgemini from July 2021 to December 2021. In this role, they assisted recruiters in the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with candidates and panels. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Associate- HR at Allied Market Research, starting from April 2023. They previously worked as a Human Resources Associate at the same company, starting in March 2022.

Akshata Katkar's education history begins with completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Saibalaji International Institute of Management Sciences in Hinjewadi, Pune. This academic pursuit took place from 2020 to 2022.

Prior to pursuing their MBA, Akshata obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from JSPM's Charak college of Pharmacy and Research in Wagholi, Pune. This four-year program lasted from 2016 to 2020.

Akshata's education journey started with their high school studies at The Aranhas Rosary School in Pune, where they obtained their SSC degree from 2008 to 2013.

As a stepping stone, they attended Hujurpaga Junior College in Laxmi road, Pune from 2013 to 2015, where they completed their HSC degree with a focus on Science.
