Michael Farley

Michael Farley is a seasoned mortgage underwriter with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter at Allied Mortgage Group Inc. since April 2021. Farley holds DE certification and specializes in underwriting FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Correspondent Investor loans while conducting thorough reviews of loan files using advanced automated underwriting systems. Prior to this role, Farley was the Team Lead Underwriter for Conforming & Non-Conforming Underwriting at Prosperity Home Mortgage, where processes for mortgage commitment issuance were streamlined. Additional experience includes positions at Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Citizens Bank, and HSBC, demonstrating a comprehensive background in consumer loan underwriting, quality assurance, and branch management.
