Beatriz Neves

Beatriz Neves is a Human Resources Technician at Nors, a leading Portuguese group in the automotive and construction equipment sectors, since April 2021. Previously, Beatriz worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Quantal, focusing on training, recruitment, and HR policy development, and held a Management Trainee position at Grupo Serlima, where responsibilities included candidate selection and employee onboarding. Early experience includes a role at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, supporting employment initiatives and HR processes. Beatriz holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Psychology and Human Resources Development, and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Quality Assurance at Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto.
