Florencio Viveros is an experienced manager specializing in engineering, quality, and continuous improvement within various manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Sustaining Engineering and Continuous Improvement Manager at Allied Motion Technologies Inc. since September 2018, Florencio oversees manufacturing engineering and quality functions for precision motion control components. Previously, as General Manager of Viverof Innova, Florencio focused on establishing partnerships and ensuring high-quality engineering project support. Florencio's extensive background includes roles as Plant Manager at Sanmina-SCI, Engineering Manager at Valeo, and Operations Manager at Axiem International, alongside significant tenure at TRW as Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Florencio holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de las Américas Puebla.
