Gail Kanning, AAP has over 20 years of professional experience in various roles. Gail began their career in 1998 as a Production Team Leader at Laser Tech Color, where they supervised a team of graphic designers producing advertising inserts for hardware stores across the United States. In 2000, they became a Team Leader at Little Professor Book Company, where they supervised a team of booksellers and store, filled in for store owner at author signings and events, balanced nightly register recaps, prepared deposits for the bank and maintained money in the safe and cash registers. In 2002, they joined First Financial Bank as a Loan Administrator, where they supported commercial, construction and retail lending, organized collection of financial statements and loan document requirements and prepared construction and retail loan documents for closing. In 2005, Gail joined Old National Bank as a Private Banker and Cash Management, where they collaborated with existing and prospective business customers to analyze banking needs, highlighted opportunities for improved effectiveness and value, developed cash management training guide and conducted 38 cash management training sessions for bank VIPs, managers and employees, and spearheaded Business Fraud Prevention Seminar, organized presentations with in law enforcement, government, accounting and information technology regarding best practices to strengthen safety, and prevent fraud. In 2010, Gail became an HSA Specialist/Trainer at The HSA Authority, where they vetted requirements, reviewed documents, and collaborated with 900+ employer groups to open 13,000+ Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). In 2016, Gail joined Allied Payment Network as a Processing Manager, where they managed scaled-volume processing for digital payment technology company providing B2B SaaS financial solutions via mobile and internet banking, and was integral to growth of payments and money from 200+ institutions in 2017 to 450+ in 2021, with daily volume increases of ~12,000 payments/$5 million to ~46,000 payments/$16 million. Gail also led internal teams, including system architect and development, to automate continuous processing and established requirements and methodology for monitoring and managing the processing day utilizing JIRA.

Gail Kanning, AAP has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Interior Design from Valparaiso University with a GPA of 3.73/4.00, an Associate's degree from Christ College in Humanities, and a Minor in Art from Valparaiso University.
