Ralph Marcuccilli

Ralph Marcuccilli has over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry. Ralph began their career in 1991 as the CIO of STAR Financial Bank. In 2010, they founded and became Chairman of Allied Payment Network, a bill payment processing company. Ralph also served as the company's Founder/CEO, where they developed a payment platform for financial institutions to process payments from the web and mobile channels. Additionally, they are the inventor of PicturePay, which sets the standard in the industry for making payment simple.

Ralph Marcuccilli completed their Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington in 1989. Ralph then returned to school in 1997 and earned their Master of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University in 1998.
