Heidi Bretthauer

Heidi Bretthauer has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as a Travel Coordinator at Allied Pilots Association since June 2022. Prior to this role, Heidi was with American Airlines from February 1987 to June 2022, where positions included CSM Training Department, Customer Service Manager overseeing various operational aspects at airports, Airport Operations Agent managing reservations and ticketing, and Reservations Agent handling inbound calls for domestic reservations. Earlier in their career, Heidi worked as a Data Entry Clerk at Perdue, Brandon & Fielder from September 1983 to January 1987, where responsibilities included phone support and data entry for delinquent property taxes.
