Roger Picard

Roger Picard has extensive experience in site and project management within the energy and power industry. Since June 2017, Roger has served as the Site Manager at Allied Power. Prior to this role, Roger held positions as Site Manager at CB&I and Project Manager at APTIM. Roger also has a background as Director of Operations and Site Manager at Shaw, along with experience as Program Manager at Day & Zimmermann. From January 2006 to February 2010, Roger was the Maintenance Manager at Exelon Power Team, and previously served as I&C Manager at Exelon TMI between 2001 and 2005.
