Anne Miatello

Anne is our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Allied, she was a partner at Aird & Berlis LLP, where her practice focused on corporate, commercial and securities law. Anne worked closely with us for thirteen years in that role, advising us on numerous public debt and equity financings, corporate governance and securities law compliance matters. Anne holds an LL.B. from Western University and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2007.
