Brent Alldredge

Brent Alldredge currently serves as the SVP, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Global Head of Compliance at Bruker, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Brent was the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Conformis from July 2019 to January 2022, and served as SVP, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Orthofix from January 2011 to July 2019. Brent began the legal career as an Attorney at Law with Baker & McKenzie LLP from August 2004 to December 2010, following a position as a Law Clerk to Chief Justice at the Texas Court of Appeals from August 2003 to August 2004. Brent earned a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies from Brigham Young University.
